An Exclusive Fishing Charter Club
Private by Design, Tailored from Experience.
Most boats take anyone. We don't. Black Label was not built for the masses — it was built for a rare kind of person who measures a charter not by the size of a catch alone, but by the quality of every detail that surrounds it.
We operate by referral alone. Our roster is deliberately small. Our captains are among the most decorated on the water. Every trip is planned with the precision of a private expedition and the preparation of a high-stakes tournament.
Not another charter. A private club on the water. When you fish with us, you are not a guest — you are a member of something far more exclusive.
Off the Sarasota Coast · Gulf of AmericaWhere the old-school legends still fish — quieter, better equipped.
Every charter begins weeks before departure. Your captain studies conditions, season, and your goals. No template. No compromise. The sea is planned for you specifically.
Aboard you will find provisions curated to your preferences. Comfort is not an afterthought; it is the standard.
A full custom set of Seeker blank rods built by Rowen Rod Co., paired with electric reels. Every rod is purpose-built for the species you are targeting that day.
Your charter is yours entirely. No shared trips. No strangers aboard. The vessel, the captain, and the open ocean belong to your group alone from departure until return.
Garmin Fantom 25kW radar, R509LM 3kW sonar, PS70 3D LiveScope triple-beam, and Rhodan Gen V trolling motors — the most advanced electronics package available to a private vessel.
From catch preparation to coordinating with local restaurants or shipping, we handle everything after the water. The experience extends well beyond the dock.
Pinned to the wheelhouse wall — sailfish at first light, grouper hauled from the structure, wahoo laid out on the dock at dusk. Old Florida, the way Hemingway would have wanted it.
Quietly, consistently extraordinary.

Working structure in 60–300 feet, we target trophy grouper and snapper — gag, red, and goliath grouper alongside mangrove, red, and vermilion snapper. Heavy tackle, fresh bait, and intimate knowledge of the bottom is what separates a good day from a great one.
Running the blue water with a spread of lures and rigged baits, we cover ground in search of blackfin tuna, wahoo, mahi-mahi, sailfish, and blue or white marlin. Every trip offshore carries the possibility of something extraordinary.
We target broadbill swordfish both day and night. Daytime drops send baits to 1,500–1,800 feet using heavy weights and electric reels. After dark, swords rise into shallower water and we deploy a traditional nighttime spread — one of the most primal and rewarding experiences in all of offshore fishing.
In 600–1,800 feet of water, we target some of the most prized eating fish in the ocean — kitty mitchell, yellowedge, warsaw, and snowy grouper alongside queen snapper, yelloweye snapper, and golden tilefish. Electric reels and specialized rigs make these deep-water giants accessible, and the table fare is simply unmatched.
An exceptionally stable, dry, and fast offshore platform — equipped to the absolute edge of what is possible on a private vessel.
Our roster is deliberately small. Submit your inquiry and a member of our team will respond within 48 hours.
